Watch your back…

Psalm 143:1 NIV. O Lord, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief.

Don’t let the enemy sneak in during these times while your back is turned, he will try to gain any opening in your life, to wreck havoc in your body, your kids, your husband, or anyone in your homes especially when there is way too much going on. Protect yourselves from sneaky ploys the enemy will scheme into your lives.

Psalm 143:3&4 NIV. 3 Then enemy pursues me, he crushes me to the ground; he makes me dwell in darkness like those long dead. 4 So my spirit grows faint within me; my heart within me is dismayed.

Before you know it stress creeps in and the enemy tries to deter your train of thought – with not only headaches but a cloudy mindset, tries to cut off your air supply so anxiety or panic seeps in, your body isn’t functioning properly anymore, your appetite is off, or you emotionally eat junk then feel sick afterwards, or your skin breaks out in rashes and this disrupts your focus cause the rash burns and itches pulling you to focus there and to top it all off your hair begins to fall out. All this happens within a few weeks, you are fighting a battle, you have already won time and time again but this time it’s different because it sneaks up on you and everything this time is happening all at once. You think back and thought everything was going along okay and then bam! It hits you…

Psalm 143:5 NIV. I remember the days of long ago; I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done.

Well, the decision is yours - do you crawl up in a ball and wallow? or Do you put on your armor and go to war?

Psalm 143:6 NIV. I spread out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you like a parched land.

I’m putting my armor on as we speak and I’m going to war. The enemy has taken enough from me and this time I’m not letting him tower over me for he belongs in the dust on the ground I walk on and I am quite capable to defeat him. My God girds me with strength and where I am weak, He is strong and I look to him. God gives me the courage I need to keep going and the stamina He refills when I’m lacking and in need of replenishment. I have fallen on my knees plenty of times crying out to God for help in these trying times but this time I stand strong cause I know where my help comes from and I know God fights my battles. So, I stand up here and now strong in worship on the front-lines in this battlefield and I praise and worship my High King because there is nothing better than to Worship our Maker. The Maker of Heaven and Earth and the Maker of me of us, I am able to stand because He upholds me with His Righteous Right Hand and I am His. So remember in all these trials here and now, know that when your being pulled down the enemy is trying to take out whoever he can and whoever is weak so stand up with God and be strong and courageous for the Lord is the One who equips you with what you need no one and nothing else can get you through, only God.

Psalm 143:7-9 NIV. Answer me quickly. O Lord; my spirit fails. Do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit. 8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift my soul. 9 Rescue me from my enemies, O Lord, for I hide myself in you.

Turn up your Worship music and let’s dance, praising our Heavenly Father in the midst of distress, let’s Worship no matter what, let’s Worship.

I thank You Lord Heavenly Father God that I can stand in awe of You and Worship You in any situation or circumstance that I come faced with, that You are the One who helps us in troubled times and the One who gives love, peace, joy and comfort at all times no matter what is going on around us. Lord please heal our land and bless all who call upon Your Beautiful and Holy name. Lord I pray Your healing touch caresses my skin and heals this rash, Heavenly Father I pray a settling within my body to balance it all out the way you made it to function properly, I pray Your healing touch in my stomach and Lord Your healing touch through my scalp allow my hair to be replenished properly by Your hand and for these headaches to be suppressed away, Lord I pray You balance out my body completely for You are the One who created me I trust You will heal me fully and completely, Lord I ask You to push back and remove all stress and anxiety away and out of my body, in Jesus name. Lord I thank You for health and I am grateful for Your healing. I ask Lord for You to touch anyone who needs healing for their body to be healthy inside and outside as well. Lord I thank You for Your love, Lord I trust You Always, I thank You for strengthening those who need strength, I thank You Lord You help lift those who cannot stand so they can stand in awe of You, help Your people Lord and as they bless You by Worshipping You – You can smile. In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord with love Your daughter, I know You hear me call to You and when I seek You with all my heart You answer me, I love You, and bless You Lord my God thank You.

Psalm 143:10-12 NIV. 10 Teach me to do your will, for you are my God may your good Spirit lead me on level ground. 11 For your name’s sake, O Lord, preserve my life; in your righteousness, bring me out of trouble. 12 In your unfailing love, silence my enemies; destroy my foes, for I am your servant.
