Utilized…

Being used or utilized it’s up to you…

I feel deeply in my heart of my Spirit we truly need to know how the Lord uses people.

God wants to use people but so, does the enemy…hmmm…

Honestly it always stirs me when I’ve heard this being said – it just hasn’t sat right in my inner being. So being taught what is right in the way the word ‘use’ is implied is important, especially when the word is used to describe that the Lord is doing the ‘using’ so to speak.

To use by definition: Take hold, deploy, and or manipulate. But also bring into play, implement and utilize.

To utilize means to make practical and effective use of. But also deploy, use and take advantage of.

Both words are very similar. But depending on how they are put in place they can either be negative, effective or bring positive meaning. Keep watch though in the who is implying these words upon you, when from the Lord they are of love and life, and when they are of the enemy they are of hate and death.

Acquire: is to buy or obtain for oneself. The Lord bought us with His life.

Require: need for a particular purpose, to be in need of, essential, vital, chosen, called for, be crying out for, indispensable, selected, preferred and desired, to name a few of the true ways the Lord entails to acquire us for His glory. Bought with the price of his Son the Lord is in deep desire for all of us to come alongside Him in our own freewill ability, to obey, trust and have faith in Him, we won’t be led astray… consider the Israelites grumping and groaning at every turn literally Mosses could have thrown his hands up and said I’m done leading your people, but being in a position to be required by the Lord he stayed and shifted his own fleshly desires to lean on God and be obedient.

When the enemy told Jesus to bow to him – Jesus new better because He was full in the Lord, when the enemy comes after us and we are not filled up in the Lord we are weak and mistakes happen, then we are under a low so we then become used by the enemy, here are some examples:

Tired – our will power is at an all-time low so when we face difficulties, we tend to choose wrong the atmosphere of our emotions rises and the use of the enemy attacks our lack and we move into defense position and potentially the wrong person in the line of fire gets attacked with us not even meaning to. Rest is best for our Body, Soul, Mind and Spirit.

1 Thessalonians 5:23&24 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.

Freewill – can trip us up from time to time thinking we have all our ducks in a row and realizing the next turn they are completely scattered and while freewill is an amazing part of our Heavenly Fathers love, it can be a determent when we don’t choose our time right to follow Him. (Spending time with Him and not for our own gain but just to seek Him).

Revelation 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.

Obedient – did the Lord really say… second guessing ourselves in the will of God can be dangerous territory to navigate especially when the Lord Word says (….) point blank and we decide to turn and go our own way. Read and soak, ponder His direct Word and take it in deeply, know His proper truth.

Isaiah 1:19 If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best from the land.

Knowledge – the knowing of your knower (I think I read this in a book recently) found in the Word of God and instead disobey and side with flesh. If it lines up with the Word of God you are in good hands and they are the hands of God don’t become distracted by one’s self the Lord will never lead you astray but the enemy will offer false promises that seem intriguing but don’t fall for it the Word of the Lord be a lamp unto your feet and light for your path, the enemy’s ways are vile and always will keep you away from the will of God, the enemy will use you and abuse you and throw you away unutilized, you will not be a need but a want and with the Lord you will always be needed, wanted and desired the enemy is opposed of the Lord for he is in opposition of God.

Psalm 1:1-3 Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither, whatever he does prospers.

In closing thoughts remember God won’t ever use you to lower you He will use you as a vessel a beacon for another’s hope for He turns ashes into beauty. You are an important more prized possession to the Lord’s eye and He will utilize you for good and not harm, He grants the desires of our hearts, He will fill you to overflowing of anything you may lack so you can be an outpouring to those around you who need a refreshing, as we stand in gaps for those around us and for those who seek the Lord, you will find Him with all of your heart. Try to find a balance in your lives so you won’t get caught in the trap of satan’s manipulation of misses and deterrents. Stand in awe of the Father who chose you with His Son, every Soul for He desires you.

Lord, My Heavenly Father, I thank You for looking out for me and wanting to help me turn from my one flesh desires, that You guide and direct my path with Your lamp I am so grateful. With You there is never force but my own choice so I ask You to help strengthen my desires of You, Lord, I ask You to come into my inner being and gain within me Your knowledge so I don’t even sway slightly in the breeze, I am Yours Lord. Thank You for requiring me with Your Son, thank You for acquiring me for Your Will. Help all who are Yours place themselves in a position to hear You more clearly and to open themselves up to You in a deeper and more raw way so You can establish Yourself within us. I give You permission to flood me more with Your Holy Spirit Fire and I hope Your people will too. In Jesus name I pray Amen.
