Skeleton Keys…

I know we have all heard the saying about this is the ‘key’…

Example:

- The ‘key’ to relationships is communication.

- The ‘Key’ to life is balance.

- The ‘Key’ to success in never giving up.

- The ‘Key’ to health is taking care of yourself.

These are all valid points and ring true but ever wonder about all these ‘keys’ as a whole.

Why not just get a skeleton key? – A skeleton key is interchangeable to fit into many different types, sizes and shapes of locks. It’ll even unlock your wildest dreams – the enemy says while smirking.

The Ultimate ‘Key’ is the One and only Jesus – the One who saves our Souls and loves beyond measure this is the true ‘Key’ to life, health, relationships and success. Once you have found this ‘Key’ it’ll unlock past your dreams beyond anything you can even imagine. Jesus being our ‘Key’ to us as a whole should be our only desire no matter what’s out there tricking us into thinking we can have it all, remember that’s exactly how the enemy plays, offering everything to you, sounds good but you end up falling flat on your face, sick, miserable, depressed, and defeated by him.

When God sent our ‘Key’ that unlocks life and in an abundant way He meant it, through love, grace, mercy and peace He offered the ‘Ultimate Key’ better than any skeleton ‘Key’, God made a way ‘Jesus’ is His name and with Him came a gift for all ‘Holy Spirit’ so in this case of having the right ‘Key’ we gain a ‘Key’ from Above, One that walked here on Earth (and still carries all authority) and One that lives on the inside of us, so remember when your fumbling for the ‘Key’ He is always right there with you.

In conclusion don’t get caught up in the skeleton key that may fit into the locks because you never know what will be on the other side waiting for you but when you unlock life with Jesus our ultimate “key’ you will always be aware of the right choices you are making and how you are living, Jesus came so He could make a way for us and that isn’t cheating the system with a skeleton key, He is the system in right choices and life.

John 14:6 NIV. Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”.

Heavenly Father I thank You that You have sent Jesus to us our complete package, the ‘Key’ to life, Jesus You are beautiful. Thank You Lord for all of Your promises that hold true for us today as I read Your Word help me to sustain it, help us all to remember the greatness of who You are and that the ‘Key’ to life is You a trio of Greatness. You hold up the stars in place, know me by name and the exact numbers of hairs on my head, give me breath in my lungs and love me every moment no matter what, I pray Your people know this too. You are the ‘Key’ to all knowing, the ‘Key’ to all we don’t yet know, so, I pray we trust You and believe You, our ‘Key’, our foundation, our strength and our Father, who loves deeper than we know now. I pray a protection over the world, a protection from You Lord over all who call upon Your name. I pray for those unaware of You, that they begin to See You and Hear You, they begin to gain an awareness of Your presence and are unshaken when they find You, the only ‘Key’. Plead the Precious Blood of Jesus over all, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
