Saints Fruit…

The Lord classifies us as Saints. Once we accept Jesus as Lord of our lives, we are a new creation, so therefore we become Saints.

Do you believe You are a Saint? If not, you need to reconsider why Jesus went to the cross. Jesus dying on the cross was for us and in trade of Jesus taking our place we are set free and being set free we become a Saint. Paul references to the people of Christ as being Saints many times over in the New Testament. I truly don’t think he came up with referring to Christs people as Saints all on his own, Holy Spirit intercedes on behalf of God for the Saints, and Paul is one of them.

Romans 8:1-4 NIV. 1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met by us, who do not life according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.

Romans 8:27 And he who searches the heart knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the Saints in accordance to God’s will.

Let’s turn over a new leaf… Galatians 5:22-26 NIV. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

These 9 Fruits of the Spirit will only produce GOOD FRUIT… Obviously these are God’s foundational intentions for us as His Saints. So, lets dive into God’s word and practice whole heartedly the Fruits of the Spirit so we can ALL glorify God.

What Fruit of the Spirit do you need to work on? – Start there, pray and ask God to help lead you and pray that Holy Spirit will guide you as you become strengthened in the Fruits you will gain more the greatness of God and as you practice / perfect the Fruits of the Spirit you’ll find you will become closer to God than ever before because this is part of Gods character and to more you become like Him the more love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control you will possess.

Lord, I thank You for Your Word to help us and Holy Spirit to help guide us along the right way we ought to go. When we face many trials in life’s ups and downs please strengthen us in the 9 Fruits of the Spirit, I know I need your help and strength in these ways so I pray a repentance to any I don’t posses well and ask You Lord to forgive me when I fall short and Holy Spirit I give you the full complete amount of freedom in my Soul to flush out the weakness and remind me where I need to change, help build my character like God to be more like my Heavenly Father so I don’t lack one good thing. Lord I want to be loving, joyful, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle, and self-controlled and I know Lord You’re the only one who can help me change the way you made me to be so I hand myself over to You and surrender to let Your Will be done. In Jesus precious and Holy name, I pray, Amen.
