Perseverance…

How to stay in connection with the Lord when all is unwell? Lie told to me – You are depressed – you have depression, (knowing something else was going on a year +, placed on the wrong medications, having side effects, body rejecting the medication, doctor wanting to commit me and (tears in my heart flowing), different dosses, having severe withdrawals, whole body out of tune and those who care deeply for me effected.  

Or someone tells you - you are uncapable of something you have in your heart as a dream or a calling from the Lord upon your life? Lie told to me – You’d never be put on the worship team.

Remember who created you. He’s created you so all that is you He’s put in there. His image and His gifts He placed in each individual unique person.

We all have stuff going on in our lives and from time to time we get overwhelmed and caught off guard by timing, what to do? when to do it? or on the other hand when you are faced with grieving sadness, sickness – mental, physical or otherwise, How, do you keep your chin up and keep going? Oh! and don’t forget the waiting for results that could potential be an easy answer to make your life better, but then again could make your life worse. How, do you persevere then?  Where do we go from here? The Lords Word says this – 2 Thessalonians 3:5 May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance. Just take a moment to sit here with the Lord – walk with Him in the moments He had to endure sit with Him while you gratefully appreciate all He’s done for your life – He persevered for every Soul, every person He thought of as He said yes to God and endured the cross facing an endurance on a dirty trail He could have walked away from it or stopped it from happening at all but He continued persevering toward the end result of giving up His life for all of ours. He took on our sins and was beaten it was horrid, He persevered all the way through by lining up with His Heavenly Father – He was human form and as He went to the depths of hell He was away from God and still persevered through it all for you and me. His loving sacrifice of being able to endure His calling into a journey that gave us all life abundantly, with an amazing gifting of Himself Holy Spirit, One, whom we got with the price of Jesus’ life for our ability to persevere all the way through our journey’s that He calls us on in love, with great endurance He gives us to keep moving in Him and all we have to do is ask, be still, and surrender our self. James 1:2-8 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perveance, perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does.   So, what’s the problem.

Problem:

1.  Believing the lie someone tells us. Instead, we need to stay in the truth of the Word of God what He says and how He says it – declaring over our lives His perfect Word. This allows perseverance to reach a new level.

2.  You think oh yah! this is how its going to be and I should have led a better life, made better choices, so I would not have ended up like this or with this sickness – no this is trash talk and the enemy lying to you, yet again. Instead, persevere by reaching Gods hand and looking at the one who made you, what does He say?

3.  You settle in the lie, because it’s all you know or have been told. Instead, get together with others and have them pray for you, standing on the promises of God – there is power in His Word and how much more power there is when agreeing with many.

Gods Word. 1,2 and 3 – Gods Word. Problem solved.

Hebrews 4:12&13 For the Word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.  

I am going through troubles but I take heart because my Jesus overcame the enemy, I am in a persevering standpoint and enemy you got nothing.

We stand our ground with the Word of God because it is truth, alive, and His Word, if you just think about how He spoke things into existence example like parting the waters and speaking birds, fish and animals into life, lush gardens that bear fruit and Adam and Eve whoa! The Word of God is power and so let it be so that we line up with the Word of God declare into action and allow it to take the place of worry in our lives, the uncertainly that can come with 1,2 or 3 stuff and let’s persevere with our High King what a better team to be on rather than one that will always fall apart here on earth, since outwardly we are wasting away our inner Spirit is His and will be alive for all eternity, draft yourself onto team Jesus, you’ll never be sorry you did. There’s no specific thing you have to do repent and receive this love is like no other you have ever encountered.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So, we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.  

Lord, I pray we all will persevere with You and not against You, for what You have instore for each one of us is Your desire and calling and once we decide to follow You and not our own flesh desires blessings come and they are then shared. Jesus’s full body blessing I will never forsake and am over the moon thankful for what He did. I pray all will know the preciousness of what a beautiful gift He is and that we will know the beautiful gifts we have all received from You are to bless others as well, for You are the creator of all so I place all that You have made me to be back into Your hand and I surrender to You all of me for I trust You are more able than I to carry out the gifts You instilled upon me. I trust You’ to have Your way in me and in all that I do for all glory is Yours and I only need to be still, I only want Your blessing to come through me, mine is weak Yours is ever-flowing. I am your open vessel and I pray others will open themselves up to You to so Your Will be done. Thank You Lord for every opportunity to share of Your goodness and wonderful love You pour over me, I have fallen deeper in love with You thank You for answering old prayers, Your, timing is perfect forgive me forgive me for ever thinking I knew what was best for my life. Thank You! For bringing my dreams I thought were dead to life You are amazing and I love You. In Jesus name, I pray all will surrender them selves to your glory Amen.

In closing never believe anything someone tells you unless it is the truth of Gods Word about your life…Short past story – before I knew God I got asked by someone, “Are you a singer?”, I said “Nope!” This person continued, “Well, you should be, you have a singer’s voice and you sound like you sing.” Apparently that stuck with me without me knowing it because the Lord brought it to my attention just recently. I never got tried for the opportunity to sing and I did not pursue it until now. I never agreed that I could and I never thought I sang… yaw dah! - yaw dah! I met with someone many, many, many years later to try and learn about my voice here I was told lies and I’d never put you on the worship team (I never asked to be, I was just curious about my voice). Let’s fast-forward, I sang on the worship team this past Sunday, I was excited and for a moment was nervous but I was able to suppress the lie of nervousness with standing on God’s Word, partnering with other believers to cover me in prayer and more of the Lords Word and promises, remembering who I belonged to, surrendering myself and gifts back to God so He could lead and direct every part of my worship, I asked the Lord for His anointing on my voice and self and this was the only way I would continue – only if He anointed it. I was blessed and have fallen in love with God even deeper. (His love is over-flowing and I have felt a greater abundance of awe of Him, He has instilled upon me more love and a fresh faith and trust reservoir) when we are capped, He can give us an ability to do more, love more, trust more and have more faith. I loved every moment being on a worship team that supported me in a loving way the anointing of God was on all in every place.

On another note… My husband was told by a music teacher, when he was a young boy that he had no rhythm – he’s a drummer on our worship team, I’m so proud of him, the lord has blessed his hands and I love his beats for the Lord it melts my heart and touches others too because he plays with Holy Spirits lead, Praise You Lord for instilling this upon my husband.

How many people have missed out on Gods call listening to a lie, be careful what you hear because once you stand in the presence of God obeying your calling wow! its truly amazing and words hmmm... as I try to express through words i honestly know you need to experience your call for yourself I cannot tell you how it'll feel, so embrace it yourself its love.

I share this so you know how to defeat the lies of the enemy and know it’s not the person deflating you it’s the enemy coming against all of what God calls His people to be a blessing, because to be a blessing is to answer Gods call and once you do the enemy is right there to snatch it away any way he can. Just remember what Jesus went through the enemy was in opposition of Jesus’ call, so you better believe if it’s the Lords Will and Calling for your life the enemy will be right there to try to take you out and off course as well.

If you go through warfare during an obedient yes to God – you better persevere with the Lords truth, be covered in prayer, because the enemy does not want you to persevere the Lords Will – as you receive your call and step into your yes to God – your met with warfare – while you are in the midst of your God call you will be blessed abundantly - when you have completed your obedient yes peace will fall and you’ll know you were in the anointing secret place with the Lord. But if your tormented and then it’s a no bother, you may have misunderstood the call.

I shall only boast in the Lord so please hear my voice in this – HE blesses my hands to write this blog. HE blesses my voice to sing praises for His Glory. In all I do I acknowledge HIM for I am nothing alone and cannot sit here writing, stand there singing or in all I do without HIM I am nothing. Thank You! Lord for helping me persevere, You, are grand so I can stand in all the things I do, I do them all for You, I surrender all of me to You. I praise You.
