There are many broken people.

I am not the only one who’s broken, many people are.

Jesus broke hard for all of us.

The past happened to me out of my control, anything anyone has gone through that has caused hurt, pain, suffering abuse are out of our hands, no one deserves to be threatened abused emotionally, physically, mentally or verbally, no one. You can’t help what others have done to you in your past out of authority over you, you can’t control others. What’s done is done (seems kind of harsh, I know but how long do we keep allowing these pains to dictate our lives and keep hurting us it can stop, it has to stop) don’t allow it to keep you down and from living, all this is doing to us is killing us.

The past is gone a faded away life, a memory, a past, so allow it to fade into the background of our lives because our life is about living not just being and if your being your resonating in the past and this is negatively capturing your life, your will, your desires, needs, and passions. When your dwelling in the things left behind even in the moments of yesterday you cannot change, your alienated by those mistakes they begin to take you down, begin to depress you. Do not hold onto even a fiber of what has happened what has been done not in your control, allow God’s fiber’s to be woven together to blanket you in protection, love, security or whatever need you need met, with our Heavenly Father God the only One to save us completely and secure us indefinitely. God’s fullness is the only way to become full and accepted properly. So when you allow the past to stay where it’s supposed to in the past you can let go, you can move forward.

You can be free as long as you don’t unfree yourself, meaning when you go back your captured when you move ahead your free, every time you slip back allowing yourself to hurt with the past you imprison yourself again and again the only way to stay free is to keep moving forward, yes there’s hard days, things will trigger times that remind us of the hurt once felt but now it can’t hurt you anymore because it’s in the past and the past is gone away.

Psalm 91:4 NIV.

He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

Luke 4:18, 19

“The spirit of the Lord is upon me, for He has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free, 19 and that the time of the Lord’s favor has come.”
