LOVE like YOU’VE never BEEN LOVED before!

Where do you belong? and Who do you belong to?

You have chosen God, accepted Jesus into your life as your personal Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit now dwells in you. So…..

Act like it…Love like you’ve never been loved, before. I will say that again…LOVE like YOU have NEVER BEEN LOVED before.

- We are children of God, He has adopted us into His family, we are His. (Ephesians 1:5 NLT. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.) God loves and adores you accepts you as you are, you don’t need a front and you don’t need to put on a mask, by the way He made you and you were created in His image as a beautiful figure, He used a very delicate brush an Almighty loving hand to apply the right strokes in His image to place your form completely right unique and absolutely special, He made you out of Love.

- We are meant to become Christ-Like, (1 John 2:6 NIV. Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did.) Jesus exampled our ways in the steps he took when he walked upon the earth. Jesus laid out step by step how we become more like Him it’s the way we were created to be, for God’s purpose and not our own, so when we start to dive into work, sports, media, technology, people, money, and other things that over take our time our desires or our passions these things become idols and keep us from the fulfillment only God can fill within us, these things will eventually fade and you’ll get onto the next thing and then fall short, until you fix your gaze upon His, you’ll never fall short.

Trade your spiritual Milk for the Spiritual Meat. (Hebrews 5:13-14 NIV. Anyone, who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have themselves to distinguish good from evil.) When we stay where we are at in our walk with God, we miss all that God has for us and we miss our purpose. Dig deep in the Word for it is life and God speaks through his word.

Worship is another way to hear from God, meditating on his word, praying and quieting ourselves down long enough to hear what God wants to say, it may be a word that gets spoken through the bible, the word shows up in a song, you read it in a devotion, or hear it in a sermon. The more time spent with the Lord the stronger your roots become you show God love you gain the Spiritual Meat, then you begin to pour out love to others.

When you have:

Deep belief – you gain a trust you’ve never had

Deep faith – you gain courage you’ve never known

Deep roots – you gain stability and strength you’ve never had

Deep mind set - you gain peace you’ve never known

Love becomes your focus because God is your center, He’s your number one and His commandment for us is to Love. (Mark 12:30 NIV. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.) Love one another. (Mark 12:31 NIV. The second is this: “Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no greater commandment than these.”) Love like you have never been loved before may be easy or it may be hard, it all depends on what you think love is but if you compare love to how you have felt it or the lack there of, then you may be missing out. Change your mindset about Love and break out of the cycle of the wrong kind of love we are experiencing and or sharing with others around us. If we look to our Heavenly Father and look at the examples Jesus laid out for us as the Holy Spirit resides in us, we can be fully filled up with Love so we can spread it to others in a way we have never felt or in a way we have never known love to be. Move past your thoughts of wrong love and move forward to new love Only God can show us how to properly love, spread love and share love.

Remember people love the best they know how, sometimes it’s a lot and sometimes it’s not enough, so instead let’s love Gods way.

This means to love like never before, the enemy hates he doesn’t love, (1 Peter 5:8 NLT. Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.) this rocks his world when we spread, share, embrace, and give out love, it’s the worst for him because he cannot do anything about it he despises it. I know there’s been some repetition in this post but we all need to get it, LOVE, and we all need to give it, LOVE. It is so important with the way this world is falling apart, love holds us together, so let’s be abounding in love, it’s a great way to be bound isn’t it, lol.

Trust God to engage us on to new depths and Love like we have never Been Loved before. We all belong to God. Old love has nothing on Gods love and love grows from our Heavenly Father.

Lord help us all to stay on this path of loving others the way you designed us to love, help us love, In Jesus name, Amen.
