Love Letters ….

Ever rummage around through old note books, journals or scribblers and find love notes from God.

I think, ‘While Peace is our Umpire and a Quiet Soul is at Rest’, we can receive cool messages from our Heavenly Father, who loves, adores, cherishes and seeks after each one of us.

Colossians 3:15 AMP. And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from the Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in our minds [in that peaceful state] to which [as members of Christ’s] one body you were also called [to live]. And be thankful appreciative, giving praise to God always.

I left myself a note a couple of years ago … “When I quiet myself, to stop and release myself to my Lord in Heaven, I receive such beautiful gifts that no other can give. I remember where I need to be and what I need to do for my Heavenly Father, Thank You Lord, for my; Heart, Mind, Body, Soul, and Spirit.”

The Lord gives good gifts. Matthew 7:11 NLT. So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask Him.

God’s Love Letter … “My daughter, melt into the music like you do. Come away with Me. Allow the lyrics to take you away to peace, where you ultimately find joy and freedom that you won’t find anywhere else. Only when you come away with Me and allow My presence to hold you with the warmth of my love will you find these gifts. I love you My Beautiful Daughter please don’t forget where you belong with Me. Come away with Me for I love you, Your King Jesus”.

Hearing from the Lord is not an art it is as simple as quieting yourself and releasing yourself to Him. Inviting God in and giving Him permission, our Gentlemen God will not overstep ever, we have to invite God into every aspect of our lives. This includes hearing a love letter or a message from our High King He will wait until the invitation is sent. Psalm 62:5 NLT. Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in Him.

No matter where you are and no matter what you are doing, you can and should always invite God into all aspects of your life. For me as I melt away, through worship I gain a very peaceful resting place within Him and I escape into a Spiritual Realm. Even as I Pray or Read the Word God can bring me into this special place of quiet rest and fill me up; with a Love Letter, a Word or any sort of Gift He wants to bestow upon Me as His Daughter. God wants to bestow gifts upon all of His children. He loves all. ‘BUT’ He will not; until He is invited to do so, even if He has good gifts and we need them. You need to invite Him. Jeremiah 33:3 NIV. ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

When you can slip away into God’s resting place you will gain so much. I encourage you to Pray and ask the Lord to bring you to this outlet – it will be a way for you to embrace God and to quiet yourself away from the worlds noise and distractions. Psalm 132:14 NIV. “This is my resting place forever and ever; here I will sit enthroned, for I have desired it.

Write down and date the notes you receive from the Lord. You never know when you need a reminder of how God sees you or what gifts He has given to you. It may be a troubling time your going through and you open up an old note book to find a treasure or reassurance that God has you. (Like I have).
