Gifts!

God gives good gifts to his children, whom He loves.

Romans 12:6 NIV. We have different gifts according to the grace given to us. If a man’s gift is prophesying, let him use it in the proportion of his faith.

As you journey on your walk with your Heavenly Father, the deep intimate time spent together helps to build you up, you begin to learn more about your Father and begin to rest upon Him more and more, you start to reach further and further ahead from where you started. The beginning of your Father God walk may have had you dip your toes in a little and as you have spent time with the Lord over the past days, weeks and years you realize your jumping in with both feet. If you’re not quite there, yet, keep walking closely with your Mighty King and eventually you will be surprised at how far you have come.

Prophesy: to divinely share God’s view.

As I worshiped, God made known a message He wanted me to share, about coming together ‘shoulder to shoulder’ - I had no idea where to find the verse but God lead me right to it. Zephaniah 3:9 NIV. Then will I purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the Lord and serve him shoulder to shoulder.

1 Corinthians 12:4 NIV. There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit.

While Holy Spirit resides in our hearts, we need to pray for guidance, awaken the Holy Spirit who dwells within you for discernment and counsel.

1 Corinthians 14:1 NIV. Follow the way of love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophesy.

1 Corinthians 14:12 NIV. So it is with you. Since you are eager to have spiritual gifts, try to excel in gifts that build up the church.

When we receive Word from Heaven, we need to be obedient to share, it could be a long-awaited message someone has waited their entire life to hear, it could also be a calling out for protection over someone and they don’t realize there’s some trouble lurking upon them.

I was prompted to a prayer-walk over a room filled with ladies to sing and pray in tongues over every single one and with a slight hesitation I moved through my own feeling of not obeying God to being obedient, surrendering to His agenda. During the end of lap 1 I felt that my legs were walking on their own and after the second lap my whole body was shaking when I sat down, I realized God nudged, I obeyed, He then began to lead me and become my legs.

1 Timothy 4:14 NIV. Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through a prophetic message when the body of elders laid their hands on you.

An Elder laid her hands on me and as she prayed in Spirit, I was able to interpret her prayer. So beautiful, God’s gifting of interpretation, reawakened in me I am so blessed to be God’s daughter.

James 1:17 NIV. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

I have prayed deeply for visions and dreams I have asked God to equip me in the Spiritual Realm and have asked for strength and His mightiness to lift me, build me up and create in me a Solider for Him to come to when a battle has come. I have prayed boldly and I believe when the timing is right and God has matured us, God gifts us more. When we are growing up to fit the Armor He gives us and we finally decide to put it on, understanding and gaining knowledge with Him, Change in Him and for Him, when we lay down our lives He will equip us, Gods Word is Strong, God’s Word is Truth and Life once we get past ourselves then we are ready, when we are eagerly seeking more from the Lord, His gifting's we will receive.

1 Peter 4:10&11 NIV. 10 Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. 11 If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.

Our Spiritual journey can be big or small it all depends on our growth, our invitation for the Holy Spirit to move through us, our obedience to our King, prayers we seek God after for Spiritual growth and gifting's He places within our hearts that we ask to be revealed to us. Having a relationship with the One who Loves you most, when He knew you were to Die for before you were even born, you owe it to yourself to seek more of Him, only then you will uncover all God has for you, and from experience it’s amazing what God can do with a little prompting, I have been ‘Blessed Big’ when I invite, and become open to obey God, Spiritual gifts become highlighted. Can you imagine that? When you are able to uncover hidden-gift’s God has placed in you to find.

I encourage you to build up a good and strong relationship with the Lord cause for only then will your full potential in life be, the excitement God illuminates before us when our gifts become a reality I crave more of that, I pray we find our gifts sooner then later, for they are so very important to bringing up Gods kingdom. May we be equipped enough through the discernment of Holy Spirit to know the truth in our gifting's and will we all be covered by the Precious Blood of Jesus, His Blood covering protect us from the deflection of the enemy. We are under the Armor of God so we are untouchable to the enemy. I ask for these gifts in the name of the Lord to be revealed to better battle away the enemy and I pray that Lord Mighty God when we face these Spiritual battles allow the Truth of your Word to ring LOUD and TRUE, for the gifts we receive be a blessing and may we all be able to pray over them to keep them out of reach from the enemy. I pray a warning to you, with the gift of prophesy be careful for the lining up with the Word of God is your guide to the truth in prophesy don’t allow the trick of the evil one to miss-interpret the Word of Truth for his pleasures, and while in Spiritual battle know it comes from the Lord when asked for the Lord to answer.
