Falling Away…

When we start falling… Either, away or just into a slightly negative position and allowing reactions of rage, anger or any other position of negative, rather than standing still in a place of peace and reassurance of still believing our God is bigger and so loving that He will not allow us to fall away or ever leave us. I say slightly because as I have grown in the Lord, I know what it looks like to start slacking and when Holy Spirit is whispering a sweet fragrance of missing me and I realize I have been missing worshipping God with the body of Christ I know the signs of slipping.

The last few weeks I know I have had a with-drawl from not keeping my focus on what matters and slightly allowing myself to be gripped by the negative thoughts that I have, still laying in the dust piles in my mind since I can’t simply erase them they will come at times when I am unsettled and I become unsettled when I am not staying in the presence of God for He doesn’t change we do so when I rest upon Him I am resting on promise but when I sway I rest upon a misdirection, but I have still called out to God to answer me when I ask Him to come to me, He is there I just need to reposition myself and look at my life from a different prospective and I allow my prospective to be His, His Will and His Way is always right and good. As I realign myself up with Him, I am reminded of promises in the Word and He reminds me of my worth and importance as His daughter for I am His.

Call on the Father and He will answer you.

Sometimes I get so caught up in myself and it fades God out and His voice becomes muted because I am taking the focus, and the center of attention is lined up in the wrong order, when this happens our own strength and ability is weak because we are not the One who is mighty and in control of everything, all we can do is control our positive steps closer to God and make the right choices when everything is leaning and rocking you toward the negative or easy route sometimes the route of making good choices is not always easy. Redirect yourself in to the Lord and you’ll find His presence never changed and He is always closer than you know.

Slightly slipping can happen gradually just being out of a routine or your life balance is off, it’s not always something we do on purpose but definitely the changes happening around us can cause us to slip. When we build a strong relationship with our High King, we gain, and gain the ability to know when somethings trying to differ us from the Truth of Gods Word to keep us away somehow, either by less time spent in the Word with the Lord, not worshipping each day, missing prayer time or trying to do it our way. Remember God loves and since He is merciful repent and get off the slope you’re slipping away on and grasp His hand in the promises laid out for you in His Word and become built up again even stronger than you were before.

Heavenly Father I pray for those slipping away, I pray they rebuild up in You again stronger than before. I pray Lord that your people realize You are the only One who matters most because You are our All in ALL and when we call on You - You hear us and answer us because You love us. I pray Lord for blessings and healing and a redirecting of Your people who have fallen away and I pray they are reawakened to the fact they need You, You, are the only one who saves, who gives complete peace and pure Love, In Jesus name, Amen.

Psalm 86:5 NIV. You are forgiving and good, O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to you.

Lamentations 3:55-58 NIV. 55 I called on your name, O Lord, from the depths of the pit. 56 You heard my plea: “Do not close your ears to my cry for relief.” 57 You came near when I called you, and you said, “Do not fear.” 58 O Lord, you took up my case; you redeemed my life.

Psalm 18:16 NIV. He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters.
