Breathe…

Just B-R-E-A-T-H-E… in 2…3…out…2…3…

Breathing is good, Yes?

Genesis 2:7 NIV. The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

Very important to know where your, breath comes from. The Lord is the One who provides us with breath and this verse in the beginning is a powerful life-giving promise. God our provider not only provided Adam with breath but He also provides us with breath too.

Touching on this 1 important verse about God providing for us He provides many, many, many more accountable promises for life and to have it abundantly filled with blessings and peace and promises to guarantee us with the gift of Eternal Life by the Holy Spirit our promise.

When you are up against something that tries to take your breath away remember who steals and kills and destroys and more importantly remember God gave us breath so when hard times come ‘Just Breathe’. Take a moment to breathe it’ll reset you allowing you to take a step back and reassess the situation and give you another look a different perspective rather than losing your breath and jumping to a faulty conclusion.

Sometimes a breath can be literally taking a step back and reassessing the situation after a good night’s sleep so you can reevaluate afresh with a rested Soul, Mind and Spirit.

Take a Breath…

John 20:22 NIV. And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit.”

2 Timothy 3:16&17 NIV. All Scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Whenever you are out of breath because of work, school, kids, health, finance, relationship go to God and He will provide you with the breath of life.

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your breath of life, I am grateful I am claimed as Yours and You care so deeply for me. I pray Lord Your people will Thank You for their breath of life and know they are claimed and You deeply care for them also. I pray a blessing upon all Your children that they will find Your abundant resource of providing for them all their needs and that they cannot function without Your breath. I pray Lord that when we are getting short on breath that we come to You for You are our ultimate provider and I thank You, with Love Your daughter. In Jesus name, Amen.
