Blasphemy…

…The act of insulting or showing contempt or lack of reverence, meaning lack of respect for God.

People call upon God’s name when they are cursing, using the Lords name in a truly disrespectful way, in a misconstrued manner totally insulting God, then in the same breath will call out to Him in difficult times faced with traumatic situations, or use the line ‘Oh my God’ in a loose way of complete blasphemy.

Those who call upon the Lords name in these ways know there is God but instead of accepting Him into their life to save their Soul, which is their missing puzzle piece to life, people blasphemy Him when they should be running toward Him. His arms are open and accepting for you, besides He made you and created you in His image He truly loves you and all those who crush His name…

I pray the scales fall from your eyes in Jesus name. I pray that the heart of stone in those blaspheming God’s name would soften and be removed so a heart of flesh can settle in the right place within them. I pray special laborers into the pathways of the lost, broken, blind, hurting dead Souls so all people can be reached and shared with the special love connection they have when they accepted Jesus into their hearts with the Lord who came down from Heaven and saved their life, that there will be no mistaking that Jesus can do the same for everyone. I pray this in Jesus name, Amen.

When I accepted Jesus into my life, it wasn’t anything felt right away in me I was excited but I need you to know in this case don’t go by feelings. (I think it depends on the person and where they are at in their life, to have say, an overwhelming feeling come over them but in a good way, because God is good and loving He knows what we need and when we need it).

I realized after accepting Jesus into my heart I was to go on a journey with God and have a special connection with Him through my spending time with Him, while that took place this is when our relationship came alive for me, the more I got to know about God and the importance of the tracks Jesus laid for us to follow and how the power of God is within me with the Holy Spirits fire then it all started to grow and flourish beautifully, as I rested in God and believed HIS Truth written in the scriptures, I started to change in really good ways (and others noticed) and then I also started seeing things from a new prospective ‘Gods’ this is amazing love and freedom when you can choose Him. Looking back, I now realize I was the one holding up Gods movement in my life, God truly is a patient God.

Know that you are made new and guaranteed a safe passage into Heaven for all eternity in His presence and that Jesus died to give us this wonderful luxury ‘Heaven’, ‘Face to Face’ with God in all His glory, so chose life accept Jesus.

Call upon the name of the Lord in love accept Him into your heart and your life will truly change. It is not going to be no sunshine and rainbows all the time because there is an enemy after your Soul for destruction. If Jesus hasn’t been accepted into your life already the blinders are on and people have no idea, they are even being tricked into the pull of the enemies lies of deception, trust me you don’t want to spend all eternity being tortured in hell…DO YOU?

The Lord loves and gives us free choice, the enemy lies and deceives so instead of using the Lords name in vain, call out to Him for His grace is sufficient for you.

There is power in the name of Jesus for He defeated the enemy for you therefore you are victorious through His grand love gesture should you accept true love awaits you in His presence.

This is what Paul says about his sin of blasphemy –

1 Timothy 1:12-14 NIV. 12 I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that he considered me faithful, appointing me to his service. 13 Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. 14 The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.

Mark 3:29 NIV. But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin.

Jerimiah 29:11-13 NIV. 11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. 12 then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all of your heart.

Ezekiel 11:19 NIV. I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.
