Bedtime Prayer…

Psalm 121:1-8 NIV.

1 I lift up my eyes to the hills - where does my help come from?

2 My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and the earth.

3 He will not let your foot slip He who watches over you will not slumber;

4 indeed He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The Lord watches over you – the Lord is your shade at your right hand;

6 the sun will not harm you by day nor the moon by night.

7 The Lord will keep you from all harm – He will watch over your life;

8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

When we need protection, the Lord will protect. This verse is great and all we have to do is pray Psalm 121, every night before bed pray this verse over the ones you love and yourself, Gods covering is so beautiful that during the night when we are most vulnerable we can count on Him to be there for each and every one of us.

Lord I thank you for your Word, I am grateful we can be equipped with your covering even in the night, that your love is always and those who call out to you, you hear. Psalm 121 I treasure as a protection verse and your promise thank you for your great Word, in Jesus name, Amen.
