Adjustment…

When the unknown hits you, and uncertainty tries to grip you, look to God. Our ‘One and Only’ help in times of trouble, during these unknown, uncertain times look to God for He is the One who knows and is certain…

James 1:17 NIV. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

When God Created everything, He created it for all, and God makes beautiful things, but when other things come against it, they are NOT from the Lord.

God cast the enemy out of Heaven for he was jealous and rebelled against God, and with him God cast out angles that followed the devil’s rebellion.

Isaiah 14:15 NIV. But you have been brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit.

When the fleet went out, God knew there would be troubles on earth, so when God sent Jesus the Savior of the world, not only was Jesus’ position and purpose to be our Savior but Jesus was also the gateway to gifting us with the Holy spirit so we could have an internal personal guide dwell within us. Warnings of the Bible tell us to look to God and since Jesus gained complete victory over the enemy that way, as we believe in Jesus, we gain the Holy Spirits counsel and we are able withstand victory because we look to God also. His promises stand for a reason and we still need to declare them as our own for we are victorious, no matter what is going on around us.

Psalm 121:7&8 NIV. The Lord will keep you from all harm-he will watch over your life; the lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

I’m used to spending a lot of time alone with the Lord during the day and since my kiddos are home from school, I have had to adjust my sails and ride the waves in this storm (being isolated). But when I continue to focus on the promises God has laid out for me, I gain momentum. Since kids are gifts from God Joy fills me up and I smile…a sense of love and peace surround me and I’m Hugged from Heaven.

Psalm 127:3 NLT. Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him.

Lord I pray You’d send a special Heavenly Hug to each one of Your people. I thank You Lord for Your tender love and beautiful gifts of children You have given us moms as a reward, I am grateful for these blessings. Lord help us to stay upright and help us have thankful hearts for these special moments that we can count as blessings. Lord I love You and thank You for my kids. Plead the Precious Blood of Jesus over all, in Jesus name, Amen.
