2 Corinthians 5:15 - 17 And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. So, from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

The way the world wants us to change our way of pain is to go back and relive it, going through the emotions, feelings, and visions of the trauma that has happened to us in our past. Its like previewing a movie film of our life on a rewind that instead of highlighting highs its highlighting all of the lows, the pain, hurt, the things we missed out on the things we cannot change, the things we will never understand why that person treated you that way, why you were ever put in that disgusting situation, and trying to close our eyes on the parts that we think are coming that will haunt us and our timing is off and we see it anyway then its engrained in our subconscious mind and when we are low on will power and try to sleep at night those terribly nightmares reinvent themselves and trigger us waking us in the middle of the night while our mind races and we wake-up not knowing where we are. I’ve been here and its not fun at all reliving every hurt and having it disrupt sleep and not only that but I lived this nightmare in the day too, panic attacks crippled me anxiety sent me spiraling about to lose consciousness, these nightmares/daymares took a hold of my life and I was unable to leave my house for years after that I had many different unhealthy body functions; aches, digestion issues, sickness, nausea, low- energy, sleepless nights, I was numb, weak, and very low, suicidal thoughts punched me, my moods shifted without warnings and so on…

John 10:10 The thief comes only to kill steal and destroy; I have come so that they may have life and have it to the full.

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no wonder, for satan himself masquerades like an angel of light.

1 Peter 5:8 Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

John 8:44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murder from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.  

Matthew 7:15 Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

2 Corinthians 4:4 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

As a ‘New Creation’ in the Lord all this goes away, all of this becomes healed, all of this you become free from, all of this doesn’t define your life, all of this is carried by our flesh, all of this is a mechanism of where the enemy lies in the darkness of our minds deep and he waits for the opportune time to pounce. The enemy is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, he hides among the reeds, he masquerades like a roaring lion, he’s lurking in the shadows, he is the father of all lies, he is but only a serpent that crawls along on his belly but the moment you agree with any of his ways, tactics, or lies he gains the ability to guilt you, shame you, bring pain upon you, the enemy kills, steals and destroys and only can gain access if you agree. We can be our own worst enemy when we side with the devil the one after our soul to bring pain and suffering. The Lord is our Rock, Shield, Protector, True, Lover of our Souls, He sets us free, He Redeems, He Restores, He is the Lion of Judah and great is He, He is tender, He is never going to leave us nor forsake us, Our God is the same yesterday and forever, He is preparing a special place for each one of us so we can live with Him for all eternity in paradise, He is our Promise Keeper, Way-maker, Forgiver, He is our All in ALL and He is even more…

Psalm 18:2 Rock. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliver, my God is my Rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

Psalm 28:7 Shield. The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song.

Romans 14:8 & 9 Protector. If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. For this very reason Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.

Acts 20:24 All in All. However, I consider my life worth nothing, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me-the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace.  

Hebrews 13:8 Same yesterday and forever. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

John 14:2 Prepares a place. In my Father’s house there are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.

Proverbs 3:5 & 6 Lover of our soul. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Our flesh keeps us bound because we are not strong enough to know the difference between selfish endeavors. Endeavors we are a part of to encourage uplift and help others this is where the Lord is our proper source of all we do, when we invite Him into our lives in every aspect of what we do He nudges us to make good decisions and wise choices because these will not be for selfish gain but to bless another to stand on the Word of God for someone else, the Lord always has our best interest in mind. He knit us together in our mother’s womb He knows all about us, every word before we even speak every thought before we even think, Jesus died for each of us this is how much He loves us this is how much he knows us to accept Him being it worth Him giving up His own Sons life for ours, should or will we accept.

For the next week please read and soak in these scriptures of truth and promise for the Lord’s word is sharpen than any double-edged sword (Verse) and all His promises are yes and amen (Verse). I have known the Lord since I was 21 and as I grow, I fall deeper in love with Him, I have seen miracles and have been a part of this journey where He forgives as far as the east is from the west (Verse) and He calls me His (Verse), His love pours over me daily and I am witness to the greatness of God in many ways in my life.

He has healed me He has freed me in more ways than I can count and I am no longer a prisoner held captive by the enemy or am I in a bondage state of being defined by a past that used to haunt me in the things I did sinfully and in the things done to me by people who should have known better. I am focused on the truth God has for my life this is how I sustain freedom and how the Lord has redeemed my life I continually stand on His Word holding that promise close until I have breakthrough and each day there is more space between me and the hurt, and let me tell you I feel lighter and lighter with each moment in the promise.

Take a breath ponder with the Lord in the secret place what He says for you to do to become a ‘New Creation’.

Lord, Bless the ears that hear your Word, help all who need to remove there self from their flesh ways and dive into Your for You have good gifts for all of Your children and what better than the gift of freedom from the past broken record that keeps playing and the cracks cannot be fixed so I pray we all can take this record off of the player in our minds and break it to pieces so when you pick them up and put them back together Your love will cover over the multitude of sins and above all is Jesus name so every hurt, pain and torment has to bow. I thank You Lord for the walk we've been on while I have moved from the position of being led by my flesh from past downfalls to surrendering myself and agreeing with Your Truth as a have accepted and moved into a new position being and accepting I am a new creation, it may have took me a little longer than you would of liked Lord but as i share this encouraging Word Your Saints line up and surrender to a new position in You and side with Your Truth. Plead the Precious Blood of Jesus over all in Jesus name, Amen.
