Days grow long when troubles come your way

Take heart I have overcome

Love is greater than all things

It casts away iniquities

Don’t be downcast my children

My mercy, grace and peace abound

I look out for all who love me and follow my laws

Brokenness I piece together no one else can

I fulfill every need and desire your hearts flutter on

The path I have for your life is bigger than your dreams

With my Word, I bless you and keep you, I love you.


John 16:33 NIV “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”


1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NIV Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.


Psalm 42:5 NIV Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed with me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my savior and my God.
