‘I Am’.

As we go about our new reality and our days get frustrating and we become distraught, we are facing trials of different colors then we have ever been faced with before…
Philippians 4:6&7 NIV. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanks-giving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
I am ‘MOM’ not teacher. I pray and call out to the Lord and say, “What can I do? Lord help me with my kiddos.” As I reach out and grab your hand through praying and tears, you answer me. “Daughter ‘I Am’.” As I ponder on this answer my Lord has given to me in my trying time, I realize and remember ‘I Am’ is ‘Teacher’, I don’t need to take on everything coming at me all at once, yes my position is ‘Mom’ but the schooling from home does not need to be something I take on all by myself. Our Lord is ‘Teacher’ – He can instill within me the abilities to school from home for ‘The Teacher’ can help direct me in the ways to prevail through this time.
John 13:13 NIV. “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord’ and rightly so, for that is what I am.
When we call on Him, He hears our cry, and with His never-ending love God will not forsake us ever. He is ‘Teacher’. And because God is all we ever need we can conquer anything. God is ‘I Am’.
Psalm 9:10 NIV. Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.
Exodus 3:14 NIV. God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I Am has sent me to you.” (As the Israelites had struggles of their own being oppressed by the Egyptians, take note here God is ‘I Am’ and He sent Moses, as the vessel for the Israelites to be led to the promised land, flowing with milk and honey).
John 10:7 NIV. Therefore, Jesus said again, “I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep.” (As we are having struggles of our very own, ‘I Am’ Jesus, is the gate for everyone to enter an even grander paradise).
The Israelites had their direction with Moses through the Lord – ‘I Am’, we have our director with the Holy Spirit through Jesus – ‘I Am’.
Lord I thank You for the pep talk of reminding me that You are ‘Teacher’ and the fact that You are ‘I Am’ I know You’ll help me through anything as long as I look to You for help. Thank You for directing me. I put my trust in You alone. Lord I am so blessed with my kids You have gifted me. I am grateful for this time with them and ask for an abundance amount of patience. Where I lack, please, Lord fill me. During this time please strengthen me in calmness and bless this house. In Jesus name, Amen.
* Remember God is 'I AM' - so anything we are ever faced with and out of our control, He is 'I AM', anything we ever need, God is 'I AM' He is EVERYTHING. God is 'I AM'.
